☆WHY SHOULD I HIRE A PROFESSIONAL BARTENDER/EVENT STAFF?

We make sure that everything is taken care of so you can enjoy the night!  Your guests are entertained, receive VIP service, and we take the stress out of the event. Hiring a bartender will also save you tons of money because bartenders use industry standard portion control techniques. 

 

☆HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR BARTENDING SERVICES?

Since each event is unique, rates will vary for multiple reasons. We have very competitive prices and will work with the host to stay within their budget. Feel free to contact us to get a quote!

 

☆WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

For your convenience we gladly accept cash, cashier's checks, PayPal, Cashapp, Venmo, and Zelle. 

 

☆HOW DO I BOOK AN EVENT?

Booking is simple! Just call us at 409-499-9593 or send an email to sipsntips@gmail.com to discuss details. You can also fill out a quote request via the website and you will be contacted shortly regarding your inquiry. A deposit and signed contract will be required before your event date is officially booked.

 

☆CAN YOU PROVIDE THE ALCOHOL?

To keep our competitive prices low, we Do Not provide the alcohol. Our clients are always required to provide the alcohol for the event. We can and do, though, work closely with the event host to determine the amount of alcohol required and can help with a shopping list. We can also make recommendations from local vendors that can make deliveries.

 

☆WHAT IS THE STAFF ATTIRE?

Standard attire is black shoes, black pants, white or black shirt, vest (optional) and bowtie. We can accommodate the host by dressing according to their desire. It is also not uncommon to dress according to party themes (Halloween, Hawaiian, etc.).

 

☆IS GRATUITY INCLUDED IN YOUR RATES?

Gratuity is not included in the cost of your event, unless otherwise discussed. The service industry relies heavily on tips. In cases where a tip jar is not appropriate or allowed, the host is responsible for the gratuity and may be billed at a different rate.

 

☆DO YOU PROVIDE CATERING SERVICES?

We will work with any caterer. We can also make recommendations on preferred vendors. If you prepare the food yourself, we can assist with serving your guests and cleanup of the event.

 

☆ARE THE STAFF LICENSED?

We use only experienced Servesafe certified waitstaff and TABC certified bartenders that are veterans in the Food and Beverage Industry and local to the area.

 

☆DO YOU WORK WITH ORGANIZATIONS AND NON-PROFITS?

Absolutely! We would be delighted to. We work with numerous organizations to provide cost effective services to raise money or help support their cause.
