The "Simply Elegant" Package

Starting at: $500

Perfect for couples who want professional assistance to ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day without the need for extensive planning.

Services Include:

  • Up to 4-hour wedding day coordination

  • Timeline creation & vendor coordination

  • Ceremony and reception setup oversight

  • Ensure seamless transitions between ceremony and reception

  • Manage vendor arrivals, setup, and breakdown

  • Limited guest interaction (directing guests, seating arrangements)

Wedding Ceremony Stage

The "Classic Charm" Package

Starting at: $750

Ideal for couples seeking a balance of day-of coordination and added touch of personalized service. Includes everything in the "Simply Elegant" package, with extra support for specific details.

Services Include:

  • Up to 6-hour wedding day coordination

  • Detailed timeline creation & management

  • Vendor coordination and communication

  • Ceremony and reception setup and oversight

  • Assist with cueing the bridal party and guests

  • Guest seating management

  • Wedding rehearsal coordination (up to 1 hour)

  • Post-event vendor payments assistance

The "Grand Celebration" Package

Starting at: $1,200

For couples who want to enjoy their day without a single worry. This package is all-inclusive and provides comprehensive support throughout the entire event, from setup to the last farewell.

Services Include:

  • Up to 8-hour wedding day coordination

  • Full timeline creation and management

  • Vendor communication, coordination, and payments assistance

  • Ceremony and reception setup & breakdown supervision

  • Bridal party and guest management

  • Full wedding rehearsal coordination (up to 1.5 hours)

  • Manage guest arrivals, seating, and special requests

  • Supervise vendor load-out and cleanup

  • Optional add-on: Coordination of post-wedding brunch or event

Add-Ons:

Wedding rehearsal coordination (for non-inclusive packages): $150

Extended coordination hours (per hour): $100

Day-of Emergency Kit: $50

As a dedicated wedding officiant serving the Golden Triangle SETX and surrounding areas, Our team is here to craft a ceremony as unique and special as your love story. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering, grand celebration, or something short and quaint, we'll ensure your vows are spoken with heart, sincerity, and joy. Love is love—no matter your journey, let’s create a meaningful moment to remember forever. Let's make your dream day a reality!

*Prices for the below services start at $150 and up and many will need to be quoted based on needs. *Can not be purchased alone, must be added to any full package.

A la carte services and extras include the following:

  • Ceremony Rehearsal Service – a practice run-through for the wedding party and family.

  • Additional wedding day coordinators on-site day-of for up to 12 hours of service.*
  • Assistance in assembling and sending out wedding invitations.

  • Return of tuxedos and other rental items after the wedding.

  • Out-of-town guest bags — assembly and delivery.

  • Dress Fitting Attendance

  • Assembly and packaging of wedding favors.

  • Gift transport and delivery.

  • DIY Projects — we would LOVE to help with your D.I.Y. projects!

  • Help with the sourcing of paper items such as invitations /agendas/ menus (no design).

Contact us to add any item to your wedding day coordination package and for pricing.

  • For liability reasons, our Coordinators cannot serve food or drinks to guests, or bus tables, hang or install any decor that requires a ladder, or move anything heavy enough to require machinery

  • A second Coordinator is required for all non-traditional venues. The number of hours needed will be assessed and determined by your Lead Coordinator, additional fees will apply

By leveraging an extensive network of trusted, top-tier professionals, we handle everything from vendor selection and negotiations to contract management and coordination.
